A Pizzamatic Corp. model CA-25TT automated cheese applicator. It features a robust metal construction with a hopper, a twirling cheese applicator, an electronic sensor, and a conveyor belt. The sensor activates the belt and positions a hand loaded dough blank under the hopper and distributes the cheese. The applicator speed is determined by a control panel. Worked upon testing.
