Item Details
A signed serigraph with embossed detailing throughout titled, Untitled #2 circa 1980, by American artist Jim (James) Bruss (b.1944), whose artwork is strongly influenced by abstractionism. This print depicts a variety of multi-colored squares, including light and dark pink, lime green, purple, brown, yellow, and forest green, that are arranged in a checkered pattern on a cloudy light blue background with a thick lower margin in a solid shade of blue. This piece is pencil signed and dated by the artist in the lower right margin. The print has a single white mat and is housed behind plexiglass in a simple metal frame with a wire for hanging to the verso.
Condition
Minor scratches to plexiglass and frame.
