Vintage Silk Japanese Little Girl's Kimono, Taisho Period (1920)
Item Details
A vintage Japanese little girl’s kimono in soft plum rinzu silk graduating to a pale plum at the hem. The darling kimono is hand painted with water flowers and little birds with some flowers bing embroidered. The kimono is fully lined in red silk with a light batting for warmth and padded hems and sleeves. An attached belt at the front secures the kimono.
Condition
The kimono shows little to no sign of wear, it has been stored properly folded in a rice paper sleeve.

20.0" W x 12.0" H x 1.0" D
Measurements refer to the garment folded. With sleeves extended the kimono is 32" wide, shoulder seam to seam 13" and the length is 36".
