A vintage bench scale. The cream and silver tone NCI model 3800-R, with digital display, comes with an owner’s manual. The serial number is SR02880084. A metal label to the back reads ‘Sold By Ohio Counting Scale/South Inc. – 4833 Business Center Way – Cincinnati, Ohio 45246’ and provides two phone numbers. An attached sticker is marked ‘Approved and Sealed – Georgia Dept. Of Agriculture – 8-93’. A label to the back is marked ‘NCI – Weigh-Tronix, Inc.’ The electric cord and plug come with the scale.
