Original Thomas Humes Oil Painting "Field of Plenty"

An original oil painting by renowned Detroit artist Thomas Humes (currently active). Mr. Humes executes his work upon vintage repurposed items, in this case an antique door panel. This unique depiction is signed and titled Field of Plenty to the verso, with an affixed gallery paper that gives it an alternative title of Protest. Done in muted and very natural earthy colors, this piece features two young men who appear to be in a line, or waiting for something, as they look about. Dated to 2001.

Condition

-Thomas Humes’ artwork is purposely antiqued in order to match it’s chosen repurposed and vintage canvas. Any wear present is to be considered normal and consistent with age and use.
