A large collection of vintage Northumbria sterling silver flatware in the Cello pattern. The 110-piece set includes fifteen stirring spoons, ten soup spoons, seven small demitasse spoons, eleven table spoons, one ladle, two slotted serving spoons, three large serving spoons, one small serving spoon, one large serving fork, one set of tongs, eleven salad forks, eight small pronged appetizer forks, twelve dinner forks, one bottle opener, twelve dinner knives, twelve butter knives, and two small butter spreaders. The weight of the set, minus the sterling handled knives and bottle opener, is 90.42 ozt. The set also includes the original tarnish proof box and several blue protective tarnish proof sleeves. The pieces are stamped with the marker’s mark to the verso.
Condition
Tarnishing, consistent with age and use.
Nicks and scratches to some pieces, as well as the exterior of the box.
