Vintage Hara Arena Turnstile by Perey Mfg. Co.

A vintage waist high three arm turnstile, also known as Passimeter, used at the front entrance of Hara Arena for admission to games, shows, exhibitions and performances. These turnstiles was made by the Perey Mfg. Co. and were first introduced by the company in the 1920s. This turnstile is brown heavy duty steel with chrome trim and features three round revolving arms, a counter on the side and a small side area for workers to stand while receiving tickets. Very heavy.

Condition

One of the three arms is broken off and missing (see photo).
Counter and two arms in working condition, unit shows wear from use with nicks and paint loss. Some rusting.
