Vintage Girl Scout Songbooks

A collection of vintage children’s songbooks. This collection features two copies of the 1957 edition of the Girl Scout songbook Sing Together, and one copy of Games for Girl Scouts: With Suggestions on How to Select and Present a Game; both works are copyright 1949 by Girl Scouts of the United States of America. This collection also includes the Lutheran Children’s Chapel Songbook (Minneapolis: Augsburg, 1947), ‘issued under the auspices of the Department of Radio-Television, Division of Public Relations, National Lutheran Council.’

Condition

- some corner and edge wear, cover wear and discoloration consistent with age; one copy of Sing Together is marked to the front with a name and the other with a troop number.
