A vintage 1980’s Lillie Ruben pink polka dot dress. This dress has an asymmetrical sleeve with a large tulle ruffle in a satin -like black material.The mid-length tulle overlay skirt is a pale pink with black polka dots and there is a black ribbon bow at the waist. It has a side zipper and it is marked with a Lillie Rubin tag.
