An original oil and acrylic painting on canvas titled Meditation II by Nicholas Barbieri (American, 1942-2013). The painting shows a large conical swirl of repeating blue strokes interacting with a smaller circle below. Some strokes are dark and thick, but many of the strokes are feather light and thin. Hues of blue flow together with white against a light gray backing. The artwork is unsigned to the surface; the title is written on the canvas wood backing structure.
