Vintage Olivetti Lettera 22 Typewriter with Carrying Case

A vintage Olivetti Lettera 22 typewriter, circa 1950s. This portable mechanical typewriter was the first model designed in Italy by Marcello Lizzoli in 1949-1950. It features a gray case with black buttons. 1954, this typewriter won the Compasso d’Oro Award, which is a pre-eminent Italian design award. It presents in a cream vinyl and brown leather carrying case with handles.

Case is quite worn but the typewriter itself appears to be in good condition. It is untested.
