Nicholas Barbieri Abstract Impressionist Oil Painting
Item Details
An original abstract impressionist oil painting by Nicholas Barbieri (1942-2013). Barbieri relies on the use of muted yellow, hunter’s green and varying red tones, all of which are applied in a loose, yet thick fashion at its center. The outer edges are more opaque in application, leaving behind a faint peek into its gessoed surface. The canvas is stretched over a wooden frame, with the name ‘Barberi’ written on the back fold.

- some wear to the canvas edges.
