"1972 Team Canada" Collector Plate and More

A group of porcelain and china limited edition collector plates. This set includes 1972 Team Canada by Glen Green, The Great Gretzky by Ron DeFelice, and Wheat Harvest after Peter Etril Snyder. The Team Canada plate depicts the Canadian hockey team in action and is signed in plate by Paul Henderson; it was produced in 1996 in celebration of twenty-five years of Canadian hockey. The Gretzky plate is signed in plate by Wayne Gretzky and depicts the hockey player in action. The Wheat Harvest plate depicts a harvest scene in the Mennonite countryside. Each plate includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
Condition
- light surface scratches throughout; Gretzky plate has a scuff near the top edge and minor chips along the lower rim; considerable small chips near the lower edge of “1972 Team Canada;” “1972 Team Canada” certificate has one bent corner and ink is yellowing.
