A walnut Goddard and Townshend style block front chest. Features four drawers, with the top drawer featuring classic Newport seashell style carvings incised and in relief and a pair of brass round bails and pulls. The three lower drawers each feature brass batwing cutout bails and pulls and brass batwing faux escutcheons. The chest rests on four carved bracket feet.
