A pair of offset lithographs of famous landscapes, hand colored and framed. The reproduction of Joseph William Mallord Turner’s Chateau d’Argent, Above Villeneuve, Val d’Aosta depicts a building as seen framed through trees, on the side of a mountain, with Mount Emilius in the distance. The Calude Lorrian reproduction depicts a thicket of trees around the edge of a pond, with a structure to the right mid-ground and mountains in the background. Both pieces have been hand colored in pen with brown wash.
