Unique African real Rhinoceros foot taxidermy ash receptacle souvenir, crafted from a preserved rhino’s foot, hair and nails intact, with an electroplate silver ash tray top. Acquired in the 1960’s. As this animal is protected under the U.S. Endangered Species Act (ESA), 16 United States Code, Section 1538. Regulations that implement the ESA make it unlawful to import, export, take, transport, sell, purchase, or receive in interstate or foreign commerce any species listed as endangered or threatened. As such, this piece is only available for local pick up, and the winning bidder must present current proof of residence in the state of Ohio.
