Sheraton Style Modified Carlton House Style Desk

Item Details

A modified Carlton House style desk, in Sheraton style. This desk has two levels, each flat, with the sides extending to the edge of the work surface. It has two long drawers and four smaller drawers, two to each side and one to the top and to the bottom of the long drawers. The drawers have flame veneer in parquetry banding, with brass bail pulls. The mahogany piece has lily of the valley inlay to the fronts of the legs, which are square and tapered, with rope twist inlay banding. The legs are raised on vintage casters.
