Charcoal on paper, Oil Pastels

A collection of works on paper by New York listed artist Onni Saari (1920-1992). These are constructed from a blend of watercolor, gouache, charcoal, and oil pastel on paper. One depicts three standing male nudes, and one depicts a am standing, arms akimbo, that is signed ‘Saari’. There is a work depicting a beach upon which is a man at a moment between standing and siting, that is signed ‘Saari ’76’, and a scene of salt boats by a palm tree lined shore. All four are presented unframed and unmounted.
