Noritake "Marguerite" China Set
Item Details
A set of Noritake Marguerite porcelain china. Each piece features pink and blue rose bordered encircled with a thin line of hand painted gold trim. Pattern is now discontinued and was first produced in 1914. This set includes 11 dinner plates, 12 salad plates,11 bread and butter plates, 9 flat cups, 11 saucers, one creamer, the lid to the missing sugar bowl, a round covered vegetable dish, and a gravy boat with attached underplate, They are marked ‘Marguerite, Noritake, Hand Painted, Nippon’ on their undersides.
Condition
Consistent with age and use. Some enamel and gilt loss and few chips on items. Sugar bowl is missing, but lid is present.
