Condition

- dents and scratches to driver’s side. Wear to leather interior; duct tape on passenger side rear door, which is rusting. Car started and was able to be moved out of garage. Windows, lights and blinkers are all functional.

Issues noted by a mechanic, as of 5/19/2016: driver’s door lock won’t function with the key. Some noise was noticed at the engine on cold start up, which sounds like a pulley bearing; fades away as the engine warms up. Needs a water pump ASAP; expansion tank cap has been purposefully left loose so pressure won’t build in the cooling system and cause the water pump to leak worse. Drive belt is in Fair condition. Brakes are in Fair condition and brake discs are rusted from sitting. All brake hoses should be replaced due to age. May need calipers replaced due to sitting (they sometimes can rust internally from moisture). Tire condition is Fair to Good; front tires are from 2004 but the rear tires are older and showing dry-rot. Front upper control arms have been replaced and exhaust system has been replaced. Leak developing at the steering gear box (minor); leak developing at the heater control servo and auxiliary water pump (minor). Some rust developing in the rocker and fender panels, which is normal for this age of vehicle. Needs a hood insulation pad (it’s falling apart). Overall condition Good given the age, although it will need attention to drive safely.
