A collection of six African American Barbie dolls. All are in their original boxes and show minor wear to the boxes. ‘Super Hair Barbie’ 1986 has a special barrette which can be used to make unique hairstyles.She wears a cream colored jumpsuit. ‘Superstar Barbie’ 1988 wears a pink and silver evening gown which can be converted into many different fashion looks. ‘Barbie and Kelly- Shopping is Fun’- 1995 is a rare find. It is Barbie and her baby sister, Kelly are in a grocery store with cart and shelves of branded food products. Kelly ‘bounces’ in the cart, and can ‘pick up’ cereal and cookies. ‘Beach Blast Barbie’ – 1989 is Barbie’s friend Christie in a green bathing suit. She comes with a clip on pink hairpiece. ’ My First Barbie’ -early 1990’s doll is easy to dress for ages 3+. She is dressed in a pink ballet outfit. ‘Magic Curl Barbie’ – 1981 has hair that is easily styled into curly, short, long or straight looks. She wears a yellow puffed sleeve dress.
