A vintage Copco deep frying pot and Frite Pan Cookbook by Ann Seranne. This deep frying pot has an orange body and lid, with square handles to two sides, and a metal mesh basket insert, affixed to wire handles that protrude from the pot while the lid is on. The unit is marked to the underside ‘Switzerland Copco Michael Lax Design’. The accompanying cook book is marked as having ‘Exciting crisp dishes, cooked in minutes. A new, uncommon approach to deep frying.’
