A die-cast 1968 Airstream Trailer from the Franklin Mint. This highly detailed silver tone trailer features a striped blue adjustable awning, a fan and air conditioning unit on the roof, a television antenna towards the front and two fuel canisters affixed to the hitch. The windows are partially covered by curtains, and the dual door has a hard outer door with a detailed screen inner door. The top can be opened to inspect the detailed interior, which includes a blue bed with small white dots, a kitchenette with a three burner gas stove top and double sink, storage shelves, a small table, a microwave in a cubby with a working door, a bathroom in the rear with a sink, vanity and toilet, and a sliding curtain that separates the interior into two sections. Marked to the underside is ‘Franklin Mint Precision Models 1968 Airstream Trailer’.
