A signed self-portrait lithograph by well-listed psychedelic artist Peter Max (born 1937). This vivid self-portrait depicts Max, with his signature mustache, created out of deeply colored ink against a brightly colored field of red, orange, green, and yellow. Signed in ink and dated 1968 to lower right, this work is mounted beneath two layers of mulberry and plum matting and is presented behind glass in a sleek, deep violet frame. hanging wire present to verso.
