Item Details
An assortment of nine early 20th century porcelain and china plates. There are hand painted, transferware decorated, and artist signed pieces mixed in the grouping. The plate decorated with peaches on branches is marked ‘J&C Kopenhagen’; The blue floral transfer print plate is marked ‘Alton’ to the back; and the oval dish with gilt handles is marked ‘RS Germany’ to the bottom. Also included is a Japanese Imari dish marked ‘Dai Ichi Toki’ (第一陶器) meaning ‘Product of Number One Kiln’.
