Six "Eva" Danish Teak Modern Dining Chairs by Niels Koefoed

Item Details

A set of six Eva Danish teak modern dining chairs by Niels Koefoed with Naugahyde upholstered seats. The set includes four side chairs and two captain chairs with arms. The chairs have an angular open design with slat backs that narrow from the seat the to the top, and rounded legs and stretchers whose angle reflects the angle of the back. The captain chair arm rests are designed to reach down the the side stretcher and be supported there, rather than at the seat. These chairs were designed in the early 1960s by Koefoed.
