Charley Harper Original Ford Times Serigraph "Mountain Bluebird"

An original Ford Times serigraph on paper by well-listed Cincinnati Geometric Minimalist wildlife artist Charley Harper (1922 – 2007), titled Mountain Bluebird. The print depicts a bluebird set against an abstracted background covered with playful cave drawings. The Ford Times prints were some of the first prints created by Harper and were produced in extremely small editions and sold for less than $5.00 apiece; they are now considered his most collectible and rare images. Harper’s signature is printed in-screen to the lower right of the print, as it was in all of these Ford Times prints. The print is matted in white and presented behind glass in a simple composite frame with black finish and a hanging wire.
