Antique Farm Grain Platform Weight Scale

An antique cast iron and wood industrial farm scale. This floor scale appears to have a 50 pound capacity and may have been used to weigh grain. It features a very heavy cast iron base with floating wood plank platform on steel wheels. The top works are encased in wood with a dark green painted surface. The weighing mechanism includes a lever release on the side which locks scale in place. No maker’s mark visible. Please note that no weight discs are included.
