Set of Vintage French Novelty Plates
Item Details
A collection of ten French novelty plates. Each plate depicts a different scene of illustrated male and female figures with a different piece of sheet music displayed. Plates also feature a gold tone trim and are numbered at the bottom left. Each piece is signed in plate on the surface and marked ‘Sujets Musicaux de fer France’ on the verso.
Condition
Several chips throughout, some discoloration
