A signed limited edition serigraph by well-listed and renowned American Modern artist and wildlife conservationist Charley Harper (Cincinnati, Ohio, 1922-2007), titled Down Under released in 1977, pencil signed to the lower right margin and numbered to the left, 376 in an edition of 2000. The serigraph features the adorable image of a koala bear, with a baby koala in her pouch. The mother koala hangs from a eucalyptus tree branch, munching on a eucalyptus leaf. Both mother and baby wear an unhappy frown on their faces. Presented behind glass and mat, housed in silver metal contemporary frame, it is double-matted in khaki and lime green. A hanging wire is attached to the verso of the piece.
