A ‘Willie the Hobo Clown’ whistling porcelain clock, created by Melody in Motion. The hobo clown, based on Emmett Kelly’s famed clown personality ‘Weary Willie,’ hangs from a post supporting a round clock. The clown whistles the tune ‘Three O’clock in the Morning’ at the strike of each hour. The clock face is marked Melody in Motion and Quartz and has two black decorative hands with a red seconds hand. The face features black Roman numerals. The piece is hand made and hand painted porcelain. The Melody in Motion mark is stamped to the verso.
