A signed offset lithograph by Cynthia Bogart (born 1957) titled Teddy. Known for painting images of children and still life’s, Bogart produced this piece in 1984 and created a colorful image of a furry teddy bear wearing a pink bow leaning against a pale pink wall and sitting on a checked pink and white rug. The bear is surrounded by a straw hat adorned with a pink ribbon and flowers, a yellow hat box with a star on the lid and a pair of stacked hat boxes, green and blue, with flowers and a locket with the picture of the teddy bear inside. Signed in plate, the piece is mounted beneath a single layer of white matting and is presented behind glass in a wood frame. Hanging wire and decal stating ‘Images & Details, LTD. Locust Valley, N.Y.’ present to verso.
