Sterling Silver Teaspoons with Grape Leaf Ornamentation
Item Details
A set of six sterling silver teaspoons. These feature oval bowls, narrow stems and oval handles that are ornamented with large lobed leaves. Each handle is monogrammed ‘H’ and each is stamped on verso with ‘Sterling’. There is also a pictorial maker’s mark that is worn, but could refer to Towle Silversmiths, Whiting Manufacturing Company, or the Frank Smith company, as it appears to be a four legged creature upon a curved line. The total approximate weight is 3.98 ozt.
