Fiskars RK-62 Bayonet with Sheath

An RK-62 bayonet and sheath. This piece is made to slide and fix onto the end of an RK-62 assault rifle, which marked the first time Finland moved to a bayonet that was not fixed using a loop, but instead using a slide. The bayonet comes with its original blackened leather sheath, which featured a clasp hole punch design along the perimeter and attaches to a belt using a metal button clasp. The mark for the manufacturer Fiskars is present on the side of the bayonet.

Condition

- some patina and rust present on the metal accents of the sheath.
