Wilson McLean "Holland America to Mexico" Signed Offset Lithograph

A signed offset lithograph titled, Holland America to Mexico, by Scottish illustrator and artist, Wilson McLean (b.1937), who is best known for his graphic prints used mainly for advertising purposes. McLean’s artwork also appears on several U.S. stamps and is included in the permanent collections of the Smithsonian Institution, as well as the London Transport Museum. This particular print depicts a beautiful ocean scene featuring large rock formations with an arch off in the distance and a unique cactus in the foreground. This piece is pencil signed by the artist in the lower right margin with the title in the lower left. The print is housed behind plexiglass in a simple metal frame with a wire for hanging to the verso.
Condition
Minor scratches to plexiglass and frame.
