A serigraphic animation cel titled I Do Declare autographed by Harvey Korman, Bill Hanna, and Joe Barbera. This cel depicts the signing of the Declaration of Independence starring characters like the Flintstones, the Great Gazoo, and Yogi Bear, among others. The characters are printed on celluloid acetate with a serigraphic process, then placed on an offset lithographic background. Signatures in Sharpie of Hanna-Barbera Productions creators Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera, as well as the signature of voice actor Harvey Korman, are present to lower margin, and a gold sticker from Hanna-Barbera is present to lower right. Numbered 71/400 to lower left, this piece is mounted beneath three layers of coordinating matting, and is presented behind acrylic glass in a wooden frame with natural and gilt finish. Hanging wire and folio containing certificate of authenticity from Hanna-Barbera Animation Art.
