Two Decorators Plates

Two Decorator Plates, featuring a handpainted Delfts Blue Scalloped Round Plate with scenic windmill design and blue floral border, made in Holland. The other a Royal Doulton Collectors International Plate ‘Behind The Painted Masque’. It is an inverted shape with a colorful clown portrait sitting on a chair surrounded by baskets of blue and pink flowers with an opera sign behind. ‘Windmill’ is 11’ in diameter and ‘Clown’ is 9’ in diameter.
