A Gold’s Gym treadmill. The control console for this black treadmill features bold green and red ‘Go’ and ‘Stop’ buttons, a control to set the speed up to ten miles per hour and and incline control with a range of 0% to 10%. There are eight programmed workouts, four for weight loss and four performance workouts and a display to notify the user on use of dumbbells as part of the workout.
