An original charcoal and graphite portrait on paper by an artist named H. Morrow. The drawing depicts a realistic portrait of the face of very well-known American artist Ernest Hemingway (1899 – 1961). The drawing depicts the author towards the end of his life; his skin is marked with sunspots and wrinkles and his white hair has grown into a short beard. The drawing is signed in graphite to the lower right. The drawing is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with beige painted finish and a hanging wire.

- light smudging in margins. Light scratching to frame.
