Field of rug has polychrome natural dyes with a central lozenge shape medallion with extensions and floral palmettes throughout on ruby red. Rug features wide triple corner guards with floral motif on turquoise, ivory, and navy blue background. A wide and complex herati pattern border in polychrome with repeating floral palmette motif on navy blue frame with triple serpentine floral design borders outer edge. A dense cotton fringe to both ends are present.
