Antique Cast Iron Machine Tool

Item Details

An antique cast iron tool, purpose unknown. It stands on three legs which would have been bolted to the floor. The large wheel below has a groove where a belt would attach and connect to the small wheel above, turning an arm above a mounting plate. It is operated by a foot pedal.
