CT Germany Porcelain Soup Tureen and Platter
Item Details
A CT Germany porcelain soup tureen and platter. Marked CT Germany 3725 in green to bottom, the mark was used by Carl Tielsch. The Hutschenreuther firm took over the company in 1918, dating this dish to that time period. An elaborate dish with Rococo styling, to its obverse hand painted floral spray, the edge exhibits undulating ruffled lobes with gilt accents. The soup tureen has a lid with a top handle, and the platter is an oblong shape also with a gilt edge.
