Hand Woven Indo-Heriz Runner

A handwoven Indo-Heriz carpet runner featuring three repeating star pendant medallions within in a madder red stepped lozenge field with filler floral motifs, all in a palette of royal blue, sage green, ivory, camel, and ocean blue. The corner spandrels are indigo blue against a white background creating a wonderful contrast. The unresolved main border is a turtle border in white, royal blue, and green against the same madder red. Rug finishes with a small kilim skirt and hand-tied, cropped, wool warp fringe to either end. Unmarked.
