1930s Madame Alexander Composition Dionne Quintuplets Dolls

A set of 1930s Madame Alexander composition toddler dolls. Each of the Quints has a short haired wig, sleeping eyes, painted features and poseable heads and limbs. The Quints are wearing dresses and a slip/pantie combination with anklets and shoes although it is a mix of dresses and incomplete outfits. Each is marked Alexander to her back and her neck. Simple white finished metal doll stands are included.

Condition

-consistent with age and use. Dolls show wear to finish including some blemishes, cracks, crazing, loose joints and blown eyes. Wigs show wear, clothing has some damage to varying degrees, three dolls are missing pins, dressed in mismatched original and replacement clothing including one pair of replacement shoes.
