A World War One Doughboy helmet. It is a steel combat helmet designed and patented in London in 1915 by John Leopold Brodie. Referred to as a ‘doughboy’ in the United States. It is adorned with a flaming torch that specifies it as being from the 104th Infantry Regiment Yankee Division. It is complete with the original leather straps and lining.
