A Venetian watercolor on paper titled Canal, Venice by listed artist Andrea Biondetti (1851-1946). The scene depicts a traditional gondola in a canal, with Venetian structures flanking the canal. The work is signed in the lower left, and includes an early 20th century label from David Bondann’s Gallery in Baltimore. Presented behind glass in a gilt frame with beige and blue double matting and a hanging wire to the verso.
