A Metropolitan Museum of Art replica of a Faberge egg. The enameled pendant is encrusted with rhinestones and banded in gold tone metal with further enameling around the circumference bearing an unusual thorn motif. The egg hangs from a gold tone chain with embellishments including faux pears, crystals and enameled beads. The necklace has a lobster clasp and a small tag marked, ‘MMA’.
