Two Vintage Baby Ruth Candy Boxes Featuring the Dionne Quints
Item Details
A pairing of vintage Baby Ruth candy bar display boxes from the 1940s. The Quints appeared in several ads for ‘the first and only candy served (to) the Dionne Quints’ as both boxes claim. These boxes are both tomato red with black-and-white graphics and depict the Dionne Quintuplets. One features the Quints as young ladies, the second features a tray of candy slices and Baby Ruth cookies with the recipe and Quints’ images to the side.
Condition
-consistent with age and use. Boxes both have significant wear, tears, tape and blemishes throughout.
