A Freedom Fueler used cooking oil biodiesel filtration system. This system is a two tank system with a two pump setup. It has brass ball valves, no hand mixing methoxide, 10-micron golden-rod diesel fuel filter, industrial-grade materials, cone-bottom tanks made specifically for chemical mixing, a heater installed in reaction tank and is completely assembled.
It produces up to 40 gallons of biodiesel per batch and has
built in pre and post filtration systems. It is mounted to a standard shipping pallet and has a built-in dry-wash system and 55 gallon drum. Provided accessories include a full instruction manual, chemical safety equipment, digital scale, pH meter, laboratory glassware and equipment, 80 mesh stainless steel reusable screen, wet wash pump and stone and several plastic fuel canisters. Item is located in owners garage.
