Mid Century Cherry Wood Nightstand by Willett

Item Details

A middle century cherry wood nightstand by Willet. The nightstand boasts two tiers, with two drawers, cherry stained and brass knob pulls.The willet marking is stamped inside a drawer and on the back of the nightstand. The piece is part of a matching bedroom suite, lots 107-110.

As noted in the attached link, Willet Furniture Co. was founded in 1934 and was considered the largest manufacturer of cherry and maple furniture in the United States, until bankruptcy in 1962. Willet furniture has increased in popularity in the past years due to the value and quality of the furniture.
